What Case processes
Case uses Discord OAuth information needed to sign you in and identify the Discord servers you can manage. Server configuration, ticket metadata, application records, dashboard settings, and uploaded dashboard artwork may be stored so the service can operate.
Where data is stored
Persistent Case data is stored with the service deployment, including the Railway Volume used by the production instance. Secrets such as bot tokens and OAuth client secrets are read from environment variables and are not displayed in the dashboard.
How data is used
Data is used to provide ticketing, applications, transcripts, server configuration, audit history, and related Case features. Case does not need advertising profiles to operate.
Server administrator responsibility
Discord server administrators control how Case is configured in their communities and should only collect information they are permitted to collect. Administrators should remove records they no longer need.
Questions
Use the Help & Commands page or your server's support process for questions about the Case deployment.
