Using Case
Case is provided as a Discord support and application management service. You agree to use it lawfully, follow Discord's rules, and avoid using it to collect information you are not permitted to collect.
Server administrators
Administrators are responsible for the configuration they create, the staff access they grant, the forms they publish, and the content collected through their Discord server.
Availability
Case may be updated, restarted, or temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents, or deployment changes. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.
Abuse
Access may be restricted if a deployment is used for spam, abuse, credential theft, harassment, or other harmful activity.
Third-party services
Case relies on third-party infrastructure and APIs, including Discord and Railway. Those services have their own terms and policies.
